We ship worldwide! 

2. Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). Once processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

Please allow additional time during peak periods such as holidays or sale events.

*Next Working Day delivery is only available Monday–Thursday. Orders placed after 12pm or on weekends/public holidays will be processed the next business day.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via email. You can use this link to track your parcel through the courier’s website.

5. Duties & Taxes

We cover duties and taxes on all US, European & UAE shipments. 
The price you see is the price you pay. No extra costs.

6. Delays & Issues

While we strive to deliver your order promptly, delays may occur due to high volumes, courier disruptions, or weather conditions. If your parcel hasn’t arrived within 7 business days, please contact us at [Insert Email].

7. Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete addresses. Re-delivery charges may apply.

8. Lost or Damaged Parcels

If your parcel arrives damaged or does not arrive at all, please notify us within 14 days of your order date. We will assist you in resolving the issue, whether through replacement, refund, or a claim with the courier.
