So many people have asked where the brand name, KOUREE, comes from, and it’s one of my favourite things to talk about 🌟 The name KOUREE was inspired by my Gran’s favourite word (and feeling), coorie - which means ‘to snuggle in’ in Scottish. It’s not just a word - it’s a feeling. 🥰 My wonderful gran, Marlene, used to always say to me ‘Come for a coorie, Blue’ 🥹💙 |

If I could pick a piece for Marlene from KOUREE, it would be ONE OF A KIND - because she truly was. Marlene was caring to her core. She had a wicked sense of humour, and she loved her family more than anything. 💙
